Please review our Terms and Conditions before proceeding with bookings.

Vehicle sourcing requests must be first approved after receiving your sourcing request form and after we have reviewed your criteria. Any vehicle(s) sourced must be able to conform to our strict checking procedure before we can accept full payment from the customer.

In order to make a vehicle sourcing order please download and fill in the appropriate form and send it to: customer@actaiwan.com with the subject "Vehicle Sourcing Request" plus your name. We will contact you to confirm your request.

*We remind customers that one vehicle type will be sourced per single sourcing payment.

Payments for the checking service can be made in cash on site or bank transfer prior to inspection. Transfer details will be forwarded to you after receiving your request.

In order to make a booking for vehicle inspection please download and fill in the form below and send it to: customer@actaiwan.com with the subject "Vehicle Inspection Request" plus your name.

Bookings should normally be made at least 24 hours in advance of desired inspection time to allow processing. We will contact you to confirm your request.
